Congratulations!!!
We know how exciting this is for you, best day of your life!! but may be a little daunting as most have never done this before. Outlined below is a general idea of what happens.

First of all contact Elise at elise@toastweddinginvitations.co.uk and she will usually email back within 24hours. In your email it’s handy to include your wedding date and number of invitations you require so that we can check the availability first before proceeding with your enquiry.

Those are the main points. There will probably be a few chatty emails so Elise can get to know your scheme and confirm the design. At this point we can send you a quote for the order, this is a personalised service after all. [/tab]

How to Order

Place your order with us! in an email send us your requirements, chosen design, colours etc and Elise shall make a quote/invoice for you.

Once you have made your payment we can start the order process, payment is currently only taken by bank transfer for UK customers and bank transfer or PayPal for international customers.

At this point we purchase all the stock which means colours/card cannot be changed. We will need your files or emails containing wording that we should use. We accept .doc or you can paste the wording into an email. We will then create your design. Please remember to double {triple} check all spellings, grammar and punctuation as this is something we don’t check for (although do our best to spot mistakes). It is entirely up to the client to ensure that this is correct in their proofs. Even check the locations and times!

We shall send you proofs once everything is finalised, this is the last step before printing so what you see on screen is how it will be printed (disregard any white space as that will be the card colour) you are free to make as many changes as you wish.

If you have any changes please send an email detailing these – a list or bullet points is perfect. We do not accept completely new documents to paste through as the files are set up in a unique way that we only make amends to. To restart a file from scratch will cost £20 for the time it takes to do this (unless, of course, we request this from you).

Sending to print!

Once we have made all the changes and you have confirmed you are happy for us to go to print! (Yay) It will start to feel a little more real now, but wait until you get a chance to hold them! We will now send them to the printers and it is at this point that no printed sections can be changed unless paid for. Once they are back from the printers, the magic is worked and soon your gorgeous wedding stationery will be with you.

They are on there way!

Yippee, your invites will arrive within a few days of my final email! I will ask for your posting address a few days before I send (as many work or no one available at home to accept delivery)

Turn around time varies with styles
For Handmade designs: we will need at least 3 weeks from sign off to delivery.
For Printed designs: we will need at approx 1 week from sign off to delivery.
Please bear this in mind to fit in with your wedding date, especially for the on the day stationery.

Rush orders are available for handmade design this is £1 extra per invite and orders are completed within 10 days of sign off.
